Admin Officer (Male)

Job Descriptions:

- Coordinating, managing and monitoring the working process of mechanic and cleaner; - Maintaining the school equipment (air-con, light, fan and office equipment, etc…); - Assuring the tidiness of the campus, and caring for security and parking zone; - Assuring that the building is attractive and sufficient; - Administration: Code letter-in and out; - Maintaining a working record of the staff under supervision; - Keeping inventory; - Posting Memo in the classroom; - Removing all expires poster / memo - Maintaining a safe and secure work environment; - Assist in preparing and organizing school events; - Refurbishing the building; - Managing day to day operational activities; - Ensure the secure opening and closing of buildings; - Liaise with public utilities to ensure that the School water and electrical services are working; - Checking student ID card - Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement:

- Hold BA in Business Administrative or equivalent certificate; - Finished Bac II is acceptable; - Can communicate in English; - 1 year of experience in Administrative field is preferable; - Have good Communication skills and problem-solving skills; - Must be responsible, reliable, resourceful, punctual, creative and cooperative

*Monday - Friday: - Morning Shift: 07:30 AM - 11:45 AM - Afternoon Shift: 01:30 PM - 08:30 PM *Saturday - Morning Shift: 07:30 AM - 11:45 AM - Afternoon Shift: 01:00 PM - 05:30 PM *Sunday: 07:30 AM - 12:30 PM
