Customer Service (Female)

Job Descriptions:

1. Welcoming visitors and responding their inquiries in a helpful and welcoming manner 2. Provide insightful information about CAM-ASEAN’s courses and programs 3. Ensure the registration for the students is accurate 4. Ensure accurate payment for the courses and books 5. Update student data in the system 6. Upload student’s photo in the system 7. Ensure a smooth process of student placement test and interview 8. Ensure silence and a good environment is maintained during the taking of placement test 9. Handle complaints and able to provide deliver solutions to students/ clients 10. In charge of student request such as leave form, shift change and other 11. Call students regarding to their attendance, payments , school event or news and other issues 12. Ensuring that the reception area is kept smart and tidy and that noticeboards are kept up-to-date; 13. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement:

- Finished Grade 12, university student, or Bachelor degree - Can communicate in English and/or Chinese (Advantage) - Have a good at communication, coordination and problem-solving skills - Flexible - Able to use MS Word & MS Excel

1. Full time: Monday - Friday - Morning: 7:45AM - 11:45AM - Afternoon: 2:00PM - 7:00PM & Saturday: 8:00AM - 12:00PM (half day) 2. Part time: Monday - Friday - Afternoon: 12:00PM - 7:30PM & Saturday: 12:00PM - 05:30PM 3. Weekend (Saturday & Sunday): Saturday - Morning: 8:00AM - 12:00PM - Afternoon: 1:00PM - 5:30PM Sunday (morning): 7:45AM - 12:30PM
