On February 25, 2023, CAM-ASEAN International Institute hosted a workshop on "Growing Mindset and Positive Attitude" with the participation of management and staff from public and private institutions. The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Seang Sopagna, Director General, and attended by 108 people. The aim of the workshop was to help participants develop a positive mindset and attitude for better workplace communication, foster positive thinking and emotions, and expand their vision and values. As an institute committed to the development of human resources, CAM-ASEAN International Institute believes that building young Cambodians with strong abilities, quality, good behavior, love, high responsibility, and professional conscience is essential for the growth and prosperity of the country. With this in mind, the institute organized the workshop as part of its efforts to contribute to this goal.

During the workshop, Mr. Seang Sopagna emphasized the importance of a positive mindset and attitude in creating a harmonious workplace communication. He encouraged participants to cultivate positive thinking and emotions, which can help them open up new possibilities and think big. By doing so, participants can expand their vision and value for everyone around them, creating a positive impact on their workplace and beyond. The workshop was well-received by the participants, who expressed their appreciation for the insights and strategies shared. They found the workshop to be highly relevant to their professional development and personal growth, and expressed their desire for more similar events in the future.
