Job Descriptions:
• Network Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain the company's network infrastructure. This includes organizing network structures, drawing and updating network diagrams, and ensuring network stability and performance. • Server Administration: Manage Windows Servers and Dell PowerEdge servers, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and security patching. • Core Services Management: Administer critical network services such as Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), DHCP, DNS, IIS, and Hyper-V. • Web Server Configuration: Configure and maintain web servers, ensuring optimal performance and security. • SSL Certificate Management: Implement and manage SSL certificates in IIS to secure web applications and communication. • Mikrotik Router Management: Configure and manage Mikrotik routers, including WAN interface configuration, PPPoE IP static configuration, VLAN setup, port forwarding, LAN management, sub-router configuration, setup of Unifi VLAN access ports to managed switches, VPN remote access configuration, and VPN site-to-site configuration. • System Process Documentation: Learn and document how our key systems work, especially how users are created and managed. This means creating clear, easy-to-follow instructions and explanations for these processes. This documentation will help the IT team and other staff understand and use the systems effectively. • User Management: focusing on user lifecycle management (creation, modification, removal, permissions, and audit trails). This includes defining who grants permissions and how to access user activity logs.
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. • Proven experience in network administration and Windows Server management. • Solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies. • Hands-on experience with AD DS, DHCP, DNS, IIS, and Hyper-V. • Experience configuring and managing web servers and SSL certificates. • Extensive experience with Mikrotik router configuration and management, including the specific functionalities listed in the job description. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies. Preferred Skills • Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary • Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player • Ability to multi-task and support multiple priorities • Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, Network+, CCNA) are a plus. • Experience with other networking devices and technologies.
