Head of Recruitment

Job Descriptions:

- Supporting and participating in all recruitment Process (staff, intern, volunteer...) collecting applications, facilitating the candidate’s assessment (written Test and Interview), sending reference checks, negotiation, offering and probationary contract. - Manage all aspects of recruitment activities to meet requirement of each department - Preparing the induction frame works by coordination with all relevant departments to provide the full inductions to the new staff - Review JD format as CAM-ASEAN Standard, cross checking with Salary Grades and Position Classification Framework - Communicate the outcome of interview and process recruitment paper work for Approval. - Responsible and support for development of recruitment strategy and recruitment & selection process to meet standard - Build relationship with all reputable university, college and other NGO to promote the company image as employer of choice by hunting candidates or the outstanding students - Handle and manage internal and external job announcement - Responsible for screening candidates for all level of staffs if needed - Connect Recruitment pool - Send job offer in verbal and written to successful and notify unsuccessful candidate - Coordinate the logistic arrangement for new staff to ensure that new staff receive adequate information about the organization and its systems, policies and procedures, work desk, computer, email address, etc. - Ensuring that probations for new staff are set and assessed properly and on time. - Ensuring that all required documents are collected from new staff including family book, degrees, ID Card, Marriage Certificate (if married), bank account...etc. - Keep track of all ongoing recruitments - Be an interview panels as requested - Ensure Recruitment Form with other supporting document approved including budgets - Manage hiring channels and source candidates, shortlist, and arrange interview with relevant person or department. - Performs any other tasks as requested by director

Job Requirement:

- Having minimum 2-year related work experience (Advantage); - Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, HR or related field. - Demonstrated flexible approach and ability to work under pressure and to organise and manage workload to meet deadlines. - Willingness to take initiative and collaborative, positive attitude and keep confidential. - Strong awareness of candidate pools - Good knowledge of relevant computer application - Good communication skills in English and Khmer (both written and spoken). - Good negotiation and interpersonal skills, teamwork and professionalism.
